Tenants and Applicants May Make Payment Via Zelle

Tenants, and Applicants for an Aparment, may make their payments to Day Company via Zelle.  Please follow the indicated steps:

TENANTS:

​

1.  Go to your bank or credit union webpage or mobile application.

2.  Navigate to the Zelle payments page or section.

3.  Select "Make a Payment" or "Submit a Payment" or other similar identifying step.

3.  Enter the below information as the identifying payee:

​

Account Name:  Day Company (C Day)

​

Account email:  waltoninn@sbcglobal.net

​

APPLICANTS FOR AN APARTMENT:

​

1.  Go to your bank or credit union webpage or mobile application.

2.  Navigate to the Zelle payments page or section.

3.  Select "Make a Payment" or "Submit a Payment" or other similar identifying step.

3.  Enter the below information as the identifying payee:

Account Name:  Day Company (C Day)

​

Account email:  waltoninn@sbcglobal.net

​

Please be aware that there may be some limit in terms of time and amount until the bank and/or Zelle can establish that the payment(s) are valid.  Please consult your bank for details and/or assistance in arranging the payment.

Please note that Day Company, Landlord or any affiliated entity of Day Company or Landlord cannot be held liable, either directly, indirectly or consequentially for any failed, misdirected, mistaken or otherwise uncompleted payment, either due to fraud, error or other event or action, as a result of using the Zelle payment system or method.  It is the Tenant or Applicant's duty to utilize any such electronic payment system with caution and care, and Zelle and/or the bank or credit union shall be the sole method of redress in the event of any failure of payment to be completed and/or successful.
