The tenant will need to call the utility company in order to establish the electric service in tenant's name before occupancy of the apartment as follows. Television and/or internet service is optional and available through either Spectrum (via cable port in apartment) or AT&T U-Verse (via telephone port in apartment). Satellite service is limited based on the property. See below. Tenant is responsible for the charges and payment for these utilities or services listed.
